Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Show no signs of washing, alteration, or damage
  • Be accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Leggings and Bottoms (due to intimate nature of these garments)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Instructions for returning your item(s)
  • Return shipping address (please note we do not cover return shipping costs)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your return securely with:

  • Original packaging if possible
  • All tags attached
  • Packing slip or order confirmation

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 3 business days
  • Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • 7-10 business days for credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • 3-5 business days for PayPal

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to potentially avoid additional duties
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
