Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility
To maintain the integrity of our cultural fashions, items must be:
- In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Free from washing, alteration, or damage
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
To respect hygiene standards and craftsmanship, we cannot accept returns for:
- Leggings and Bottoms (intimate garments)
- Items marked “Final Sale”

Step 2: Receive Authorization

- Return instructions
- Return shipping address
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs except for defective/incorrect items.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Step 4: Processing
Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):
- Exchanges: Your new Kurta Set or Indo-Western ensemble will ship within 3 business days
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method
Refund Information
Refunds will appear in your account within:
- 7-10 business days for credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
- 3-5 business days for PayPal
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
